In person, phone or zoom, we meet to discuss where you are in your journey and what type of support you are looking for. I will get spiritual guidance during that session to determine the best way forward. If we move into energy work or ceremony in this session, it will be just $40 additional. The goal is to get a good feeling for where you are in your journey and how I can best support you. 

This is similar to life coaching but I focus more deeply on the spiritual aspects of your journey, and help you develop tools to bring greater peace, joy and prosperity to all aspect of your life.  Pricing depends on the length of the coaching contract. Coaching is a weekly/Bi Weely session with a contracted fee structure. 

Reiki is an ancient practice of moving energy through the body using the practitioners hands on or above the body. This has a blissful effect on the energetic field of the client, and helps move through areas where they may feel stuck physically, emotionally, or spiritually. 

Often due to trauma, abuse, neglect and the subconscious programming of the world we live in, we find we have abducated our personal power to others.  I help clients realize where and how they are giving their power away and regn this ceremonial session. This  negative cord attachments, releasing old vs (like marriage or "I'm just not lucky" type beliefs spoken aloud. We release anything not for the greater good and call back all the power that is each person's under Grace and in a perfect way. 

Trauma of everyday life, and especially extreme situations will often cause a soul to "splinter" and parts of them go to non ordinary spaces to "stay safe", some are lost in past lives at the time of death.  This is an ancient method of the practitioner going into an alerted state in the presence of the client, and traveling to the places of lost soul pieces, reclaiming them, then breathing them back into the client, in the here and now reality

Sometimes we co-create a combo of ceremony and energy work based on what the client needs and the intuitive information I receive. It might be a combo of Reiki, ceremony, clearing, and/or coaching.  I would create this program in collaboration with the client. 

I tap into the energetic consciousness of the individual and offer energetic support for whatever is in their best interest. I do not "heal' anyone,  what I do is reconnect them to source, to their authentic power so that they can have the most radiant experience at the highest level possible for them based on their will. This may be a rapid recovery, or a peaceful transition.  I create the clear channel, then is up to the client and Spirit to create the soul story from there. 

Using crystal singing bowls and/or a tab drum, the client is immersed in radiant sound that helps move blocked energy, recalibrate on a cellular level and bring a sense of peace and balance. 

Animals also suffer from trauma, pain, loss and anxiety.  I provide animal energy work, crossing over ceremonies, and adoption blessings. With Reiki techniques some pets will lovingly accept the energy and communicate willingly with me, some will take more time to build trust & some are in their end of life process and will reject it. Just like humans, I can connect them to source to illuminate & enhance their journey, but I can't interfere with their soul contract.

Along with my spiritual work,I have been facilitating improv comedy based team building workshops for organizations for over 30 years.  I combine the games used in improvisation with lessons on collaboration, appreciating diversity, being adaptive, and bringing more joy to the workplace. This is my non Woo Woo day job that is also filled with laughter, learning and getting to know each other on a deeper level. Its inspired play!

I specialize in non traditional weddings like LGBTQ or non religious ceremonies, but can do ceremonies rooted in any faith or style.  This includes the ceremony & filing your certificate information with the state after the ceremony.  Pricing depends on how much pre work is needed and length of ceremony.  My goal is to make your wedding as magical as possible for the couple and guests based on the couple's parameters.

I facilitate an end of life ceremony to help loved ones move towards their next journey when leaving this plane.  The ceremony will be co-created with the individual and/or their loved ones to create a beautiful send off and encourage healthy grieving for those bearing the loss of their loved one. This can take place before or after crossing over. 

I speak on multiple topics like living an unscripted life, living in the moment, creating a new life story, and write talks from the space of improvisation and spirituality. I have been the featured presenter recently at the New Thought Center, Hawaii & The Center For Spiritual Living, East Hawaii.  My talks are authentic, original, relatable, inspired and sprinkled with humor throughout. 

This is teachings of spiritual practices for a group of three or more that can be in one workshop, or a series. Topic include: energetic protection, divination, spiritual energy work, creating personal ceremony, self healing modalities, healing others, visioning, journeying, words as wands and many more topics. These classes can be structured to meet the individual needs of the group. 

Ancient cultures had ceremony for birth, coming of age, changes in live and death. Many of life's biggest transitions now occur without grieving the part of use we left behind, and creating a sacred path for the part of us we are stepping into. This can be after a death, after an illness/accident, after a break up, or a youth coming into age.  I work with the person to create a ritual or ceremony to celebrate the new stage they are stepping into. This can be a private or public event with guests

With each family I create a ceremony to bless life transitions, a move to a new home, the birth of a new child, the adoption of a child, the addition of a new pet or any other family events that deserve special attention and blessings.

All of us came from a womb and wombs carry the trauma of our ancestors.  A womb healing ceremony can be done individually or in a group, and is for men and women. It is exceptionally powerful when done with a group of men and women to help heal our ancestral wounds and harmonize the Divine male and Female in all of us.  It's a short but powerful ceremony. (pregnant women excluded due to their womb currently containing a sacred little life.)
