I am a Reiki Master, Spiritual Coach, Energy work practitioner with over 20 years of experience. I am the author of "Improv Shaman - the transformational Journey of Divine Play", and have been published several times in Energy Magazine for my work on the healing powers of play. I am also a veteran, small business owner, professional improv comedian and team building specialist. I have traveled to study indigenous practices from S. Africa, Peru, Various Native American practices and Huna. 

I approach all interactions with authenticity and humor. Though I work in non-ordinary realities, I am grounded and tell it like it is. I'm also from Chicago so...., I am straight forward even when talking about archaic and metaphysical practices.  I am that person that strangers feel safe confiding in and do everywhere I go.  I'm warm, fun loving, and accepting. I'm a safe space kind of person that will cry with you and  laugh with you. I'm blessed to be part of every clients journey and consider it an honor to do this work. 

I specialize in inspiration. Be it a Reiki session, coaching, team building or a ceremony, my goal is to reflect to each person I come into contact with how radiant and magical they are just for being here and trying every day!  I tend to Sparta kick energetic blocks into movement and assist clients in remembering their authentic selves.  I specialize in the space where improvisation and spirituality intersect.
